VIP Tour of the Aquarium of the Pacific

Roddenberry Dive Team members will get a special behind the scenes tour of the Aquarium of the Pacific

Join Rod Roddenberry and the Aquarium of the Pacific for a special behind the scenes tour of the Long Beach Aquarium of the Pacific. Ten participants will get a sneak peak into the daily operations of the Aquarium of the Pacific. The tour will include feeding the fish above the Tropical Reef exhibit where you will enter the “wet side” of the aquarium, a section not normally open to the public. Guests will tour the Ocean Science Center to learn about our rising sea ports and maritime trade, and have a hands-on Moon Jelly Touch experience, among other great aquarium exhibit tours. You will be able to enjoy exploring the aquarium after the guided behind-the-scenes tour. Come join us on a fun filled tour!



Schedule:

Arrive at Aquarium by 10:00am
10:00am - 11:30am Behind the Scenes Tour
11:30am Self guided visit of the aquarium

Upon arrival, guests will meet at the tour sign next to the Information Desk. Please arrive on time as the tour will begin promptly at 10:00am.

NOTE: Must be Ages 7 and up to participate in tour. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Parking:

The parking structure for the Aquarium is on the water side of Shoreline Drive between Chestnut Place and Aquarium Way.

• From the 710 Freeway, follow direction signs to the Aquarium. The entrance to Aquarium parking is on the right on Shoreline just before the roller coaster bridge at Aquarium Way.

• From the south, take Shoreline Drive to Aquarium Way. Left on Aquarium Way. The entrance is on the right 100 feet beyond the dolphin fountain.

RDT guest will receive a discount on parking rate with ticket stub when you leave the parking structure.
